New Guardian Revival Program: Rise

BEACON, NY — Guardian Revival is proud to announce the official launch of Rise, a comprehensive wellness program designed to help military members, veterans, and first responders enhance their focus, energy, and overall well-being.

The strength and resilience of our nation’s guardians come at a cost. Long shifts, high-stress environments, and constant physical and mental demands take a toll. Rise is here to help change that.

Through a combination of workshops, retreats, and virtual sessions led by experts, Rise equips guardians with practical, real-world strategies to improve sleep, nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness. By prioritizing their health and well-being, guardians can show up stronger — both in service and in life.

Rise is led by retired police officer Kevin Murphy:

"For 22 years I protected and served the communities that I worked in. Now I get to protect and serve my brothers and sisters through Guardian Revival and Rise. We bring in experts in their fields to educate our guardians on these four topics. These four "pillars" are what will keep our guardians ready to answer the call — whether that be on or off duty or after their time in service has ended. I'm honored to bring these powerful resources to my peers and help them feel better and live better.”

“You may already be familiar with some of the offerings now under Rise — for two years, we’ve been hosting iRest meditations, mobility exercises, functional workouts, yoga sessions, and wellness seminars, all designed to build resilience and improve performance. Now, we’re bringing them together under one program to create a more comprehensive approach to well-being.”

"Rise is all about simple, real ways to improve sleep, nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness — the foundation for a healthy and purposeful life. If you’re a guardian, you know how tough it can be to take care of yourself. Rise is here to make that easier. We’re excited to have you with us!"
– Aaron Leonard, Guardian Revival CEO
