Kim Haight

Interim Chief Executive Officer

Kim Haight, MPA, is an accomplished nonprofit executive with more than a decade of leadership experience in organizational strategy, advocacy, and mission-driven program development. She’s committed her career to public service, community resilience, and the well-being of vulnerable populations.

In past executive roles, Kim championed systems reform, led crisis response during the COVID-19 pandemic, and cultivated partnerships across government, law enforcement, mental health providers, and community stakeholders. Prior to joining Guardian Revival, Kim served as Executive Director of the Child Abuse Prevention Center, and as Director of Advocacy for the New York State Children’s Alliance.

Jen Mac Kay

Chief Development Officer

With over 18 years of experience advancing nonprofit organizations, Jen Mac Kay has a proven track record of growing revenue streams, cultivating meaningful donor relationships, and building programs that create long-term impact.

Previously the Executive Director of the International Foodservice Editorial Council, Jen guided a national organization through periods of transition while cultivating sponsorships and expanding scholarship and professional development programs. Earlier in her career, she served as Director of Development for Winnakee Land Trust. Jen holds a Master of Public Administration and has been a Certified Association Executive (CAE) since 2016, a national credential recognizing excellence in strategic planning, financial management, and ethical leadership.
