Meet the animals & picnic at Muscoot Farm

Have you been wanting a more close up view of animals on a farm? Come see, touch, and learn more about an animal (of the farmer's choice) at this family-friendly event.

Muscoot Farm is an early 20th Century interpretive farm that offers programs, tours, and hiking trails for families and groups.

Children ages 8+ have the unique opportunity to go with a Muscoot Farm staffer into the enclosure of one of the animals to touch and feed them. Children of all ages will enjoy seeing ALL the animals on the farm on our hayride, followed by a picnic lunch. Join us for a fun day on the farm!

Guardian Homefront

Support & resources for military & first responder families

Guardian Homefront focuses on the family and provides experiences, education, and support for spouses, partners, and children of veterans, active duty military, and first responders.

YOU ARE NEVER ALONE

We are here to foster resilience, support health & wellness, and promote community to ensure that no family member feels alone in their journey.

  • Empathize | We understand the unique experience of the family environment around a guardian

  • Educate | Support & training about health & wellness — for yourself, your guardian, and your family

  • Engage | Fun experiences for quality time & building connection as couples, families, and a community

Each event is designed for a designated group: often the whole family, but we also know how valuable it is to make time for couples to connect and for individuals (partners, spouses, adult children) to nurture their own needs.

And for everything we organize, we cover the logistics & the costs. We hope you’ll join us soon!
