West Mountain Ridge
Join our Outdoor Leaders Bill and Todd on a relaxing day hike in Bear Mountain State Park.
Covering a section of the Appalachian Trail, this hike runs along the West Mountain ridgeline, providing several scenic viewpoints along the way. While you'll encounter steep slopes on your way on and off the ridgeline, the majority of the hike will be spent on relatively flat terrain.
