Women Guardians Outing | November
For our November Women Guardians Outing, join our outdoor leaders for an exciting 2.2-mile out-and-back hike up to the viewpoint on Anthony's Nose just outside of Cortlandt, NY. DIFFICULTY: 🟩 Green (moderate)
Transit to Trails | Bull HIll
Join our outdoor leaders for the next installment in our Transit to Trails Series. This month, we'll be doing one of our favorite transit-accessible hikes -- the Bull Hill Loop! This 7.3-mile loop will provide awe-inspiring views of the Hudson River Valley in fall. DIFFICULTY: 🟥 Red (strenuous)
Fieldcraft 201 | Fall
Join Another Summit in part 2 of our fall season fieldcraft survival series taking place Saturday, October 26 to Sunday, October 27. The 201 course will provide you with a deeper understanding of the fundamentals of wilderness survival and the tools and techniques you'll need to survive, with fewer resources than the 101 class. DIFFICULTY: 🟦 Blue (easy)
Red Hill Fire Tower
Join our outdoor leaders Bill and Todd for a 3.5-mile out-and-back hike with 1200ft of elevation gain to the Red Hill fire tower, where you will have beautiful views of the surrounding Catskill mountains in fall. DIFFICULTY: 🟨 Yellow (moderately strenuous)
Mindfulness Walk | Poet’s Walk
Join outdoor leaders Leslie and Elena on a meditative 2.15-mile mindfulness walk through Poets’ Walk, a scenic sanctuary nestled along the majestic Hudson River near Rhinebeck and Red Hook in Dutchess County. DIFFICULTY: 🟦 Blue (easy)

For our October Women Guardians Outing, join our outdoor leaders for a relaxing fall-season 1.9-mile nature exploration through the scenic Irvington Woods, just outside of Irvington, NY. DIFFICULTY: 🟦Blue (easy)
Transit to Trails | Cornish Estate
Join our outdoor leaders Joe and Elena on the third installment of our Transit to Trails series. This month we'll travel to Cold Spring, NY, where we will explore the ruins of the old Cornish Estate in the Hudson Highlands State Park Preserve. Transit Accessible via the Metro-North Hudson Line. DIFFICULTY: 🟩 Green (moderate)
Cat’s Rock Day Hike
Join our outdoor leaders on a scenic 6.5-mile out-and-back day hike over a popular boardwalk across Pawling's Great Swamp, up Corbin Hill past the Great Dover Oak and finally up to a spectacular overview of Pawling farmlands at Cat's Rock. DIFFICULTY: 🟨 Yellow (moderately strenuous)

Upper Esopus Fire Tower
Join our outdoor leaders, Bill and Todd, in completing the Upper Esopus fire tower in Mount Tremper, NY. This will be an easy 1.6-mile round trip walk on the Catskills Visitor Center loop to the Upper Esopus fire tower and out to the banks of the Esopus river for a picnic. DIFFICULTY: 🟪 Purple (easiest)
Women Guardians Retreat
Join us for our inaugural Women Guardians Retreat, where women guardians are invited to a rejuvenating 2-day, 1-night wellness experience. Set in the serene environment of Silver Lake Camp and Retreat Center, this retreat serves as an experiential introduction to various therapeutic activities and an opportunity to meet fellow women guardians. DIFFICULTY: 🟪 Purple (easiest)
Guardian Wellness Weekend
Join us for a weekend of rejuvenation and connection with events designed for both guardians and their families to enhance their wellness through mind, body, and music. From a cozy campfire to a relaxing hike, a fun ukulele workshop, and calming meditation & yoga sessions, there's something for everyone.
Women Guardians Outing | September
For our September Women Guardians Outing, you can join outdoor leaders Elena and Dawn on a peaceful walk along the estuaries of the Hudson River in Beacon, NY. On this outing, we'll explore the historic Madame Brett Park and scenic Dennings Point, for a total of 3.71 miles. DIFFICULTY: 🟦Blue (easy)

You can join our outdoor leaders, Elena and Aaron, every Friday at 6 PM for a fast-paced hike to the flagpole on Breakneck Ridge! This will be a challenging but rewarding evening hike to finish off your work-week in high spirits (and get in that cardio!) DIFFICULTY: ⬛ Black (very strenuous)

This will be a challenging but rewarding early-morning hike to get your day started off right (and with the time to shower before work). DIFFICULTY: ⬛ Black (very strenuous)
Mount Greylock
Join our outdoor leaders, Bill and Todd, for an exciting day-trip to hike the renowned Mount Greylock, the tallest peak in Massachusetts. The climb will be heart-pumping, but you'll be rewarded with awe-inspiring views. Transport available from Beacon, NY. DIFFICULTY: 🟥 Red (strenuous)
Hubbard Lodge Nature Walk
Join our outdoor leaders, Dawn and Elena, on a relaxing nature walk through the forest of Fahnestock State Park, just outside of Cold Spring, NY. This 2.34-mile loop will bring you through abundant marshland, scenic wooded glens, and along a refreshing creek. DIFFICULTY: 🟦 Blue (easy)

Join our outdoor leaders, Leslie and Lauren, on a peaceful, meditative mindfulness walk at the Hubbard Lodge just outside of Cold Spring, NY. On this outing, we'll stay cool in the late summer heat by enjoying a quiet walk in the woods followed by a picnic under a beautiful shade tree on the lawn of the Hubbard Lodge. Hunter Mountain Fire Tower
Join Bill & Todd for one of the most scenic fire towers in the Catskills! In the 6th and final installment of our Catskills Fire Tower Series, we'll be checking off the Hunter Mountain Fire Tower. This is a 4.27 mile out-and-back up a scenic forested mountain-side with a 2,200ft ascent over 2 miles. DIFFICULTY: 🟥 Red (strenuous)

Raquette River Canoe Adventure
Beat the heat and join us August 3rd - 6th on an exciting four-day canoe adventure in Adirondack Park. On this adventure we will explore the Raquette River, honing our camping and canoeing skills while relaxing with fellow Guardians. This trip has minimal portaging — where you carry your gear and canoe from one waterway to another or to avoid an obstacle — and is great for beginners who are looking to learn more about canoe tripping. DIFFICULTY: 🟨 Yellow (moderately strenuous)

Transit to Trails | Old Croton Aqueduct
Join our outdoor leader Joe Lipari on the second installment of our Transit to Trails series. This month we'll travel to Yonkers where we will explore the Old Croton Aqueduct Trail. This 5.5-mile end-to-end hike follows a narrow, well-maintained greenway from Greystone to Irvington that offers a scenic on-foot tour of the many towns and villages scattered along the Hudson River. DIFFICULTY: 🟩 Green (moderate)

Mindfulness Walk | Madame Brett Park
Join our outdoor leaders, Leslie and Lauren, on a peaceful, meditative mindfulness walk at Madam Brett Park in Beacon, NY. This is a tranquil park on Fishkill Creek with easy walking trails to a wetland observation area and a waterfall. Our focus will be on accessing the restorative benefits of being in nature as we quietly allow our senses to connect with our surroundings. DIFFICULTY: 🟦 Blue (easy)
