Mindfulness Walk | West Point Foundry

Join outdoor leaders Leslie and Lauren on a peaceful mindfulness walk through wooded trails in the West Point Foundry Preserve in Cold Spring, NY.

This 1-mile walk will bring us through this iconic site where history meets nature, where remains of foundry buildings from the Civil War and Industrial Revolution are found among babbling brooks, the Hudson River, and a majestic waterfall. It’s a great place to escape life’s background noise while connecting with the Hudson Valley’s past and its natural beauty. We will engage in a river meditation and invite you to bring a picnic lunch for a gratitude meal after our walk at the picnic tables in the preserve.
