Puppy Yoga & Dog Awarding
Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension and promotes health. Regular practice improves breathing, increases endurance for other activities, and promotes mindfulness. Take a break from your day to focus yourself and find clarity, and then enjoy a special awarding where we introduce a guardian to their new companion dog.

A veteran herself, Janel teaches yoga with the aim of training the mind, body, and spirit to heal. Explore & experience the benefits of yoga — increased flexibility, muscle strength & tone, a balanced metabolism, and improved cardio & circulatory health. Beginners welcome!
Mobility for Health
Challenge and refine your movement abilities through a combination of standing and floor-based exercises during this Zoom workshop with a Semper Stronger fitness coach. Mobility is your capacity for movement. It is critical for proprioception and is beneficial for people of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels.
Veterans Day Ceremony
The American Legion, VFW, Marine Corps League, Nam Knights, and Guardian Revival will be hosting a special Veterans Day Ceremony at the Veterans Memorial Building in Beacon on Saturday, November 11. Please join us at 10:45 as the ceremony will begin promptly at 11:00 AM ET.
Veterans Appreciation Chow Down
Join Guardian Revival and your fellow veterans for the 10th Annual Veterans Appreciation Chow Down at the Putnam County Golf Course. The Chow Down is a sit-down meal served family style with live entertainment, music, giveaways, and more! Free for local veterans & one guest each.

Memorial Day & 100th Anniversary Ceremony
You are invited to join our ceremony for the 158th Memorial Day starting at 10 AM at the East Main Street Bridge, followed by a processional march, 11 AM Memorial Day Ceremony and a special 100th Anniversary Ceremony of the Veterans Memorial Building in Beacon.

This class is designed for individuals who already possess a baseline level of mobility and are looking to improve their performance in and out of the gym.
American Military History Series
Join our monthly American Military History series. Come learn more about the Hudson Valley region & its military history. This month’s session we will hear from Denise D. VanBuren, the President of the Beacon Historical Society. She has also served as the President General of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution, headquartered in Washington, D.C.
