This invigorating Mobility Class will challenge and refine your movement abilities through a combination of standing and floor-based exercises.

Not just flexibility, mobility is about your capacity for movement. It is critical for proprioception, or your “underlying self-regulation of posture and movement through stimuli originating in sensory receptors embedded in joints, tendons, muscles, and the labyrinth of the ear.” (Science Direct) So even strong, fit athletes benefit from investing in their mobility — don’t miss this chance to improve your performance in and out of the gym.

The experienced coaches at Semper Stronger will teach you how to mobilize your body, with modifications provided for any ability level or injury consideration. Get active, get moving, get healthy!

Semper Stronger was founded by Joel Del Rosario (a Marine) and Rebecca Rouse. The team at Semper Stronger lives by the motto “strong for life,” and they are dedicated to cultivating a community of people who empower themselves through movement.

Their mission in collaborating with Guardian Revival is to foster movement through guided mobility classes that facilitate our guardians feeling better, moving more efficiently, and performing more optimally.
