We invite you to join us for a virtual wellness seminar for America’s guardians to gather together (online) and be inspired, informed, and motivated.

Guardian communities require service & sacrifice. We ask you to dedicate a morning to prioritize & improve your health & wellness. 

This seminar is co-hosted with Guardian Revival & O2X.

Speakers

Brad Marshall

Brad Marshall is an O2X Mental Performance Specialist. Brad Marshall has been fascinated with human performance along with helping people live happier, healthier lives for as long as he can remember. Over the last decade, he has trained athletes, military personnel, corporate executives, law enforcement, first responders, and individuals who have big goals for how they want their lives to unfold. He loves helping and coaching others in the areas of movement, mindset, nutrition, and recovery.

Brad has worked to educate himself and gain the necessary skills and experience to provide the best experience to his clients, earning certifications in the following areas: a Master’s degree in sport psychology, a CrossFit Level 2 trainer, a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification, a Mindful Sport Performance Enhancement Certification, a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Certification, and an O23 Level 2 Holistic Lifestyle Coaching Certification.

Annette Zapp

Annette Zapp, MA, CSCS*D, CISSN, is a biochemist who joined the fire service 20 years ago. She found it unacceptable that firefighters pledge their lives in the service to the public, and yet no one is taking care of them while they die of complications of cardiovascular disease, cancer, and suicide.

Annette finds research & resources and brings them to the fire service in a way that provides them with the "So what, now what?" Annette owns and operates Fire Rescue Wellness and hosts the FRW podcast.
