Mindfulness Walk | Bear Mountain
Join outdoor leaders Leslie and Lauren on a peaceful mindfulness walk along a paved 1.4-mile loop around historic Hessian Lake in Bear Mountain State Park.
Our focus will be on accessing the restorative benefits of being in nature as we quietly allow our senses to connect with our surroundings. A rocky outcrop provides the perfect spot to admire the beautiful scenery, such as the tranquil lake and views of the surrounding hills.
The paved path provides accessibility for strollers/wheelchairs. Microspikes and trekking poles will be provided if the terrain is snowy or icy.
