Women Guardians Outing | May
For our May Women Guardians Outing, you can join our outdoor leaders, Dawn and Elena, on a hike to the Nimham Mountain Fire Tower near Carmel, NY.
This 2-mile hike follows wooded foot paths and forest roads through a portion of the Nimham Mountain Multiple Use Area, named after Chief Daniel Nimham of the Wappingers Tribe. Towering over 80ft above the peak of Nimham Mountain (1,270ft) the Nimham Mountain Fire Tower provides a stunning 360-degree view of the surrounding hills and lakes of the town of Kent.
