iRest is a deep meditation practice used worldwide for its positive impact on the mind and body. This practice relieves stress and pain, improves sleep, and helps reset your nervous system. Used in military and first responder settings as a top-tier approach to mental health & wellness, iRest is rapidly growing in popularity in our guardian communities.
Come to Kailua Beach to play beach volleyball and lunch. We will have a court set up for volleyball as well as some other beach games. Meet other guardians, bring the family, and enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches on island. We will have free drinks and lunch provided. Community, exercise, and outdoors is important, and we’re excited to gives guardian on-island a family event to enjoy the beach.

Come hike to the Likelike waterfall with fellow guardians (veterans & first responders). A short 0.8 mile hike led by Kenny Constantinides, a former firefighter and veteran who lives in Kailua, this is one of our new Guardian Revival Hawaii events. Reap the benefits of nature, exercise, and camaraderie.
Join outdoor leaders Leslie and Lauren on a peaceful 1-mile mindfulness walk through the scenic woods of Pelton Pond in Fahnestock State Park. Our walk will end at the pavilion, where we will warm up with a campfire and hot cocoa, and a mindful practice of releasing something into the fire which we either hope for or want to let go of. Explore the serene beauty of the outdoors while learning the art of birding on a 1.8-mile walk along the Stonykill Sierra Trail. This beginner-friendly outing will cover methods for finding and identifying birds using binoculars, ID books and tech. Space is limited. All materials (ID books, binoculars) will be available to borrow. DIFFICULTY: 🟦 Blue (easy)
